REPLISIL 25 NF is an addition-curing 1:1 duplicating silicone with a final hardness of
Shore A 25, low viscosity with the best mechanical properties. It is used to produce negative molds that are extremely accurate in terms of dimensions and details.

Mix REPLISIL components A and B at room temperature in a ratio of 1:1 for approx. 1 minute until you get a streak-free, uniform red colour, then pour it into the flask with the non-water plaster model at the same point until the model is completely covered. If the mass is mixed manually, stand briefly on the vibrator to remove any trapped air. After a hardening time of approx. 30 minutes at a room temperature of 23°C, the model can be removed from the mold, but should then remain in place for a short time (approx. 20 minutes) so that any impressions of undercuts can be reset.
